We are so pleased that our paths crossed on this little corner of the internet. Thank you for your interest in our Submission Process.

If you are reaching out as a first time applicant, please be advised that we currently have a 3 year wait list and are unfortunately unable to collaborate with new applicants at this time. If you have not previously submitted a Letter of Intent, but would like to work together, please check back in with us to do so in October 2028! Updates will be posted here.

If you have previously been approved to apply for a grant with us please reach out to us by October 31st with your LOI to determine if you are eligible for funding this year. Due to the high volume of requests, LOI’s received after October 31st 2026 will not be considered for this funding cycle unless you have met directly with a foundation officer.

If you are invited to submit a grant for this funding cycle, please note that grants must be received by no later than January 1st 2027. If you submit outside of those time lines you are ineligible.

The six month report: We beleive that having the gumption to seak out funding for your orginazation is hard work. We applaud you for your efforts and try to keep requirements at a minimum. That being said, we have one requirement, the 6 month report. This is a letter that you send to us telling us about how you have succeeded, how you are making an impact and how great you are doing. If you don’t get us this 6 month report YOU ARE INELIGIBLE FOR FUTURE FUNDING, no matter what. When we give you a grant that means we believe in you. We want to know what your orginization is doing and how we can plan to help more in the future. So don’t skip it, don’t forget, and don’t make excuses. We ask for one thing and know you are amazing enough to get it done.

On behalf of all of us at The Melvin & Elaine Wolf Foundation, we look forward to collaborating, thank you for all you do to make Colorado a better place!
